What this service is

EV Charger Install Hub ("we", "us") operates evchargerinstallhub.com. We are areferral service. When you submit a quote request, we pass the details you provide to one or more independent, licensed electricians or to lead networks that work with them.

We are not an electrical contractor. We do not perform electrical work, we do not employ the electricians you are matched with, we do not supervise their work, and we do not pull permits. Any contract for installation work is between you and the installer directly. We are not a party to it.

What we do not promise

• We do not guarantee that an installer will contact you, quote your job, accept it, or complete it. We aim to pass every request on within one business day, but that is a service target rather than a contractual commitment.
• We do not set, control, or guarantee installer pricing. Cost figures on this site are general ranges gathered from public sources to help you budget — they are not quotes and not an offer.
• We do not verify each installer's licence, insurance, or work on a per-job basis. Confirm licence status and insurance directly with any contractor before hiring them, and before paying anything.
• Rebate, incentive, and tax information on this site is general information, not tax or legal advice. Programs change without notice and eligibility depends on your address and circumstances. Verify current terms with the program operator and speak to a qualified professional about your own position.

Using the site

Submit accurate information about yourself and your own property. Do not submit another person's contact details, use the site to send unsolicited or automated submissions, or attempt to disrupt the service. We may decline or remove any submission at our discretion, including anything that appears to be a test, duplicate, or bad-faith request.

Your consent to be contacted

Submitting the quote form with the consent box ticked means you agree to be contacted about your project by us, by matched installers, and by lead-network partners — including by automated dialling, prerecorded messages, and text messages, at the number and email you gave us. Message and data rates may apply. Consent is not a condition of purchasing anything. You can withdraw it at any time by emailinghello@evchargerinstallhub.com, and how we handle your data is set out in our Privacy Policy.

How we make money

We are paid by installers and lead networks for the referrals we send them, and we earn affiliate commission on some product links — see ourAffiliate Disclosure. You are never charged for using this site. Being paid for referrals means we have a commercial interest in you submitting a request; we state it plainly so you can weigh our recommendations accordingly.

Liability

The site and its content are provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss or damage arising from work performed by an installer, from a failure to be matched with one, or from reliance on cost, rebate, or code information published here. Our total liability for any claim relating to this site is limited to $100.

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited, including for fraud or for death or personal injury caused by negligence.

Changes

We may update these terms. The "last updated" date above changes when we do, and continuing to use the site after that means you accept the revised terms.
